PDVS brings approvals from different processes into one place. The manager sees what awaits their decision, and the system routes the task to the next approver and informs the people responsible.

The responsible department sees
The history stays traceable and access follows the organisational structure and responsibilities. Create, edit, approve, reject, import and export actions are recorded in the audit log: who, when, from which IP address and with which browser.
